When water becomes dangerous — Exercise Associated Hyponatremia

Water is an essential molecule for human health, wellness, and performance. It is something that most of us don’t consume enough of, but did you know you can drink too much water? Though far less common than dehydration, hyponatremia (aka water intoxication) is just as dangerous. We will focus on one specific type of hyponatremia (more common in sports), Exercise Associated
